Who Can Audition:
• Ages 13 and up
• Roles are available for both teens and adults
How to Prepare:

Prepare:
A short solo (up to 32 bars, about a verse and chorus)
A monologue (up to 1 minute, ideally in the style of Footloose)
• An accompanist will be available if you bring sheet music
• A Bluetooth speaker will be available for backing tracks
Dance Call Information:
• Includes learning and performing simple choreography
• Anyone interested in a lead role is strongly encouraged to attend a dance call
• Prefer to just dance? We are also accepting auditions for dance-only performers
Can’t Attend in Person?
• Video auditions are accepted via email.
Rehearsals & Performances:
• Rehearsals begin at the end of May and are typically weeknights between 6pm and 9pm.
• Performances: July 17, 18, and 19 at the Newton High School Auditorium
